Monica Bartkiewicz, Director of Planning and Community Development, will communicate with those interested in our business community or becoming part of our business community, and provide information about our Economic Development program.
We believe our success in working with businesses to decide to locate within our City, or remain in our City, is attributable to our communication and efforts to help you through the process of relocating here, or staying here, and we are committed to offering you reasonable financial incentives.
We also will work with our partners in county and state government to obtain any incentives that they might have to offer you. We believe our greatest asset is our location. Those businesses who have chosen our community to be their business home, appreciate and value the amenities of the Metroparks and the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, our City services and the fact that we are a safe community with planned development and strict adherence to zoning.
