Winter Weather Class Policies for Morning Classes (before noon)

Fitness - Classes will be held on Cold Days when school is out and will be cancelled on Snow Days.
Aquatics - There will be no aquatics classes held on either Snow or Cold Days.

 

Barre Fusion Traditionally known as ballet-inspired workout, we put an athletic, fitness-based twist on our signature full-body, 55 minute class. A highly effective form of strength-training combining elements of Pilates, dance and yoga. Use our ballet barre to go at your own pace and find your deepest burn-classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. High reps, small range movements-all levels welcomed as you can self-customize the intensity of your class and feel your strength build each week.
*Barre Fusion is NOT included in the Community Center fee

Core & Weights Class - Open to all members for a 30 minute segment of core and strength exercises preformed on the ball and on the floor.
Cardio Drumming (resumes after 10/11/23) A full-body workout that will leave you smiling, sweating - a lot or a little - up to you - but for sure, felling great. Arms, abs, legs all on fire in the best way. Cardio drumming brings together drumsticks and an exercise ball to create one of the most fun workouts you’ll ever do.

Jazzercise is a combination of aerobic exercise, HIIT cardio, strength training and dance fitness that is safe and effective for all ages and fitness levels. Try a class today! Jazzercise is NOT included in the Community Center fee schedule.
Body 360 It is a barre inspired mix of low impact workouts, Mat Pilates for strength and core, Ballet Barre, Weights and Resistance Training and Yoga for flexibility.
Each 60-minute class will always be fun, fresh, and choreographed to great music. Body 360 is designed for all fitness levels to feel stronger, confident, and fierce. Body 360 was created so you can sculpt a lean, strong, flexible body.
Pure Strength Challenge your body with this combination of strength exercises.
SPINNING® Spinning is a group cycling exercise that simulates an outdoor bike ride. You control the amount of resistance and speed with an instructor guiding you through a 1 hour session with 40 to 45 minutes of cycling.
Spin and Strength This class is designed to take your workout on and off the bike for a creative hour of fun.
Spinning Drills - A fun 50 minute class of Jogging, Sprinting, Climbing and Jumping followed by a 5 minute stretch and cool down.
FREE Senior Classes
Balance Join us for a low impact workout designed to improve balance and coordination utilizing various walking surfaces and light strength exercises.
Senior Yoga -Yoga class designed for gentle movement, mediation, flexibility and balance for the senior population.
Seniors in Motion This class is designed to help seniors maintain their strength, flexibility and independence with both standing and seated exercises.
Finish with a relaxation and full body stretch segment designed to lower the heart rate, relieve stress, increase flexibility and leave you feeling great! All fitness levels welcome!
YOGA
All Levels Yoga A challenging yet relaxing class concentrating on alignment of poses creating strength, flexibility and tone. Based on
the principles of Iyengar yoga.
Slow Flow Yoga Offers students the opportunity to slow down, take a breath and move mindfully into poses designed to open the body and calm the mind. Poses are held long enough to build strength with focus on body alignment. No prior yoga necessary.
Stretch and Flow Yoga Each class starts with a focus on our breath and quieting the mind followed by gentle stretches to improve flexibility. Then a flow that warms the body and builds strength, stability and creates stamina. Modifications are offered and all levels of practice welcome.
Yoga Gently stretching with props with a slow progression into each pose. Poses are held for a longer period of time focusing on the breath, muscles involved and body alignment, increasing flexibility and range of motion. No prior yoga necessary.
